We have been building our inventory of short term rentals for 3yrs now. We started out in Real Estate with helping our
community in revitalizing outdated and abandon homes in Philadelphia. We reconstructed and did a full gut rehab on a 3 story building which we turned into 3 living apartments that were first just for residents. Once the economy changed with the Covid epidemic we switched gears and started doing short term rentals to help accommodate guests who would prefer to stay short term.
It has really worked out for us to develop relationships with people all over the world who rave about how much fun they had in staying with us. Its really been a eye opener to what we can contribute to not only our city but to different cultures around the world. We welcome all walks of life to be comfortable with Comfort HQ!
